About Erica
I was born in Macon Georgia, and lived there until I decided to relocate to Statesboro Georgia in order to attend Georgia Southern University. During my time in Statesboro I frequented Savannah and fell in love with this beautiful city. I have yet to find another place that offers such Southern charm and elegance.
After graduating from GSU with a degree in Logistics and Intermodal Transportation, I decided to accept a position with a wholesale company in Atlanta Georgia. During my time climbing the corporate ladder I realized two things, I did not want to sit behind a desk all day, and that I missed my dogs. I decided to return to South Georgia and to the wonderful city of Savannah.
I am so happy to be here and I am sincerely looking forward to pursuing my life goal, aiding thoughtful dog owners in the care of their animals.
When I’m not working with clients I spend my time volunteering at The Humane Society
About Daniel
The other half of Savannah Pet Sitters is my husband, Daniel. He manages our pet store, Wheelie Good Dog Treats as well as visiting our amazing pet sitting clients!
Daniel has a Bachelor’s of Science from Georgia Southern University in Computer Science.
Daniel is a life long owner of dogs (including multiple rescues), cats, fish and reptiles.
Our Pets
Maddy
Maddy is a rescue that we adopted after finding her homeless on the side of the road. After several weeks of trying to track down her owners we made her a permanent part of our family. She’s currently coming up on 15 years old and is still loving life!
We’re not exactly sure what breed she is, but most people agree she has some Australian Shepherd in her.
She is one of the sweetest dogs we’ve ever met, she loves to meet new people and is always eager to please.
Pigeon
We adopted Pigeon after she was paralyzed in a car accident. We got her a custom chair from Eddie’s Wheels for Pets and her story and her videos have been shared tens of millions of times on various social media platforms. She’s the inspiration for our pet store and line of dog treats, both named Wheelie Good Dog Treats. Even though Pigeon is a little different, she isn’t slowed down one bit! She loves playing fetch with tennis balls and running around with the other dogs! You can follow Pigeon on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
Wallace
Wallace is our newest family member. We adopted him from the Humane Society for Greater Savannah after fostering him, his four siblings, and their mom over the 2021 Christmas holidays. His mom and several siblings were adopted by our friends and family and they still get to regularly see each other and play!
